Nvidia released the GeForce 445.98 Hotfix driver


Nvidia released a set of GeForce 445.98 drivers marked Hotfix to the public. It includes the same game optimizations as the recent GeForce 445.87 WHQL release, but solves a few issues that may have occurred after installing the current Game Ready driver.

The GeForce 445.98 Hotfix driver update list includes the following items:

Fixed the problem with excessive load of mobile GPUs Maxwell, which affected the temperature and battery life of the notebook;
Fixed a bug that caused the shader cache to sometimes be incorrectly cleaned when launching the application;
improved overall stability of Overwatch;
some games no longer look too bright when HDR is activated;
fixed arbitrary F1 2019 “departures” to the desktop;
fixed driver installation problem on Colorful GeForce GTX 1650.
