Just recently, AMD officially announced its new product – the Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card. And immediately after that, rumors spread around the network about the company’s new devices in the form of a series of Radeon RX 5600 graphics cards. According to sources with access to data on upcoming updates, the devices will have to withstand the GTX 1660 Super and GTX 1660 Ti.
Judging by the latest leaks, new video cards from AMD will receive Navi 10 graphics chips with partially disabled RDNA blocks, while it is expected that devices will install from 6 to 8 GB of GDDR6 video memory with a throughput of up to 12 Gb / s. Also, rumors confirm the presence of a 192-bit data bus in the video cards and a smaller number of stream processors than the RX 5700 – we are talking about 1792 (28 CU) and 2048 (32 CU), respectively.
Recall that the new items should go on sale already in 2020, although at the moment there is still no information on the price or a more accurate release date for the video cards.
